Here’s a thought… Life is not anime or a show or a videogame. It’s not cool or trendy or mysterious to be cold. Being cold will push people away from you and I think the reason people want to be cold and mysterious is because they secretly want attention and… that’s ok. Instead, get that attention from having friends and staying positive and open to socializing. Being a people person will only benefit you in the long run, you will develop great relationships and memories. You can be social and warm while still being an introvert!

I did almost all of the things listed above before I came across this video, and I never did them for the childish reason of "wanting to look cool". I don't talk much because I like silence. My noisy classroom is enough, add my mouth to it and I'll die. I even wear earplugs in class. Yes, silence is my personality. I keep my distance from almost every student in my class, socializing but not being close and intimate, because most of them are either childish or morally depraved. I see the way they hurt each other because of their own meanness and lack of tact that I want to avoid. I ignore all the stupid things that people joke about and "oh" about, I just don't find them interesting. Running? I do. Rushing to class because I was late, running during PE class, running to the roof to avoid the rain, running when I needed to run-yes. When walking down the hallway, I mostly headed straight, not looking anyone in the eye, not smiling, not greeting, because I was annoyed, I mainly walked down the hallway because I had something to do- not for those things (what I wanted to do here was to wash my hands, go pee-poop, walk around the green yard in the school, wash the blackboard wiper, go to the teacher's office,...). No matter how bustling and crowded that hallway was, how excited and happy everyone was, I still kept that indifferent state when walking through that hallway. Some students in the school even gave me the nickname "This girl is like some kind of artificial intelligence robot in the future" for the above reason-.-.
