Even though we activate back flush , there are certain scenarios in our production setup that I don’t want system to consume all the parts. Is there a way where I can do a partial confirmation and only consume few parts and consume the remaining late. Is it possible?
Any customization necessary for backflush function or can I just change it in the Material Master Data to bachflush = 1 without further necessary adjustments?
Hi, yes it picks the batch based on the batch strategy and selection rule. I’d suggest to activate batch determination while creating the order so you can validate the batches before releasing the order.
Hi Sir I am trying to change the material backflush in mm02 that field shows in greyout mode, and the onther material for the same plant I am able to change backflush. Could you please suggest me where can I check for that material need to change bachflush
I am unable to found mrp profile in material master. For the same plant I am able to change one material and unable to change other material with same material type also

Hi, in a recursive BOM the cost estimate requires no additional settings or configurations. It checks the price of the material being costed and the price of the same material as component in the BOM. It then stops the iteration if both prices are observed to be the same. Hope this helps.
