it is a shame that RIM doesnt give us the opportunity to stil use those devices. they could deactivate that whole BB ID stuff with an OS Update.

Thank you so much, finally found this and your tutorial worked flawlessly on my Passport. I did get a hickup at the Regional Updates screen but going into screen reader again and skipping it got me to the SW Updates and successful activation.

EXCITING NEWS EVERYONE!!!!! If you have an unlocked blackberry classic and tou are in the uniyed states you can use Tello as a carrier and gt 4g network. If you want a dumb phone to only call and text this is way better to me than a flip phone.

Doesn't work, I downloaded your file, installed it, and it just doesn't work. Problem is that the voice doesn't read the BB id info, so there is no time frame when i could skip it. (BB Classic)
