When you upload the license request file it will provide you a download link for the license file. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iuaVFrzhs_g.htmlsi=w8JMWBax8Ih-SZRf&t=122 That is the file it is asking you for.

I recommend you reach out to your reseller to discuss this with an expert. There are a few things that may need to be done from simply redownloading the most current version of Mastercam’s CodeMeter (most likely the situation) to removing Windows updates and kernel drivers.
