Hi, I'm not seeing the USD account details

Hey! My smart ID is approved but receing account questionnaire is under reveiw. Although i got my EUR and UK account, the US account is under pending accounts and says "receiving account being issued". What does that mean? Can you tell how can i resolve this issue?
