i've spoken to a lot of anxiety diagnosed people myself and they too use humour as a coping mechanism, i am honestly here for the anxiety jokes otherwise i will be miserable omg i hope you're feeling better bestie, take all the time you need to get yourself back on your feet 💖

My fatigue has been bad lately so I saved this video for when I had enough energy to try and get out of my slump without making it worse and I finally made it! So glad I saved this because it’s exactly what I need right now!!! Tysm 🥹 Generalised anxiety sounds like such a struggle tbh, I have PTSD but I got misdiagnosed with GAD so I learnt about it back then. I feel lucky that my anxiety is easier to recognise because the triggers and themes are more predictable! You should be so proud of yourself for trying to take care of yourself and your mental health 💕 It’s not easy
