Urges are naturally occuring but the key is in controlling them when they occur get a walk or ride i'm sure once you used to it you can have a superhuman mindset, coldshowers are also a technique and concentrate on stuff like bodybuilding and similar stuff and its not only related to porn its no PMO. urges are come from our trigger mind when we watch something like sexual our mind trigger us to do masturbation and watch porn if we don't watch any things related to sex(like instagram model nude scene in movie and webseries and don;t thought about sex )they it become least priority. 1.why we give it too much attention because our surrounding tell that it is sing of mard 2.because we watch lot of comedy stuff which trigger us to watch porn(like bb ki vines i watch one of his video and in his video he tell name of porn start i am curious who they are and it take me on porn site ad history create that day. 3.first thing is that we must follow celibacy not nofap 4 in celibacy the thought of sexual desire are prohibited. 5.first we must work on our health and body which take us to better living 6. if your are lazy and watching everyday those stuff which does not help you to reach your goal then this type of work also lead you to porn site 7.whenever thought come in your mind to watch porn then think about rape which happen everyday in our society if you watch porn you are also part of that rape in indirect manner 8.make your thought process like a leader which lead this generation by the thought of quality thought 9.think about you emotion if you are watching porn then you give right to play with your emotion too porn site and then you lost you self confidence .

I'm really glad you chose to make this video on a topic which is so important to talk about because it is a real problem. I even learnt alot from this video, however, I have one thing to say. While it might be true that the majority people suffering from this are men (I'm assuming this), I wish you could've taken a more neutral stance. I would've loved to know what kind of effects it has on women, how it negatively affects us, and what they can do to solve this. If u can, pls make a video on that too! Another major thing u missed to mention is how to identify if you're a porn addict... How much porn is too much porn? A person going through this might not even realise they are addicted.. If you can, pls make a part 2 addressing these concerns! Thanks!

After watching your valuable video's , and few more meditating videos from past one year , my monkey mind is in my control whenever i want to quit porn i can do it , whenever i want to overcome with drug addiction , i can do it without medicines , when ever i want to concentrate fully on my studies i can do it , so overall i give to 9 out of 10 rating its the highest i'd ever gave to any youtube channel even wifistudy and world affairs are also less in rating , thanks alot sir , your'nt only making videos you are changing alot of bad routines , laziness etc . I had a habit of it. It was surely affecting health and some where my mind refused to look over it. But a sudden movement of playing PlayStation games made me go away from porn and now like after job, playing games is what I do. And also watching decades old cartooms helped me a lot.
