There is no shortcuts. Understand your why for change. Most are doing things to show off or to cover insecurities. Knowing why you want change helps you to filter out the noise. Seek therapy as the mind will dictate what you can achieve and if your holding baggage you can’t receive. Self love can’t be done in isolation but you must put intention.

I loved everything you mentioned in the video. The best advice I can give on life as somebody over 30 is this. There are always going to be challenges but when you stay calm you open yourself up to receiving the solutions. The solutions might not look like how you imagined them but if you calm your mind, you'll know it when it comes. All the tips you mentioned in the video is a great way to do that.

It's okay to go MIA. The only way to learn who you are is to spend time with yourself. Before you can be in a positve, loving and fulfilling relationship with anyone else, you have to be in one with yourself. Set standards and boundaries for maintaining your well being. Hold yourself accountable when you fail to meet said standards and boundaries. If you don't treat yourself well, don't expect others to treat you well. Do not lie to yourself. It's okay to say no. It's okay to be silent.

I just turned 36 in January and this year I haven’t been able to entertain foolishness like I have before, so I have set boundaries by putting my phone on DND quit a bit 😂. Doctor visits, medication, journaling, walking in the park, painting, vacations, adult time (wink wink) last but not least prayer/worship are things that help me. So interesting you uploaded this now, it feels like exactly what I needed! This year I decided it was time I focused on myself, my wants and needs instead of others, and struggling with bipolar depression, my most simple goal was to be happy. I think all of these would be great steps to take toward it, steps that I was never really too sure about. I've done the first two steps already, especially with stopping eating out so much and just cooking at home, which already makes me feel better in terms of my body as well as my mental health and now it even excites me to go down and cook, which is cool to see! I think consistency is my biggest weakness, always has been, so I'm gonna work on that with all of these tips because it's been very nice to feel happy and hopeful since the start of the year which might be a record for me at this point I think :) But thanks a lot for the video as always! Can't wait for the next one 💜

What I’ve been doing on my self love/ self development journey is trying to take care of myself and upkeep. I’m also at a point in my life where peace is a priority for me. This year in May will be my last year in my twenties, progression and growth will always be the goal going forward!! I also wanted to let you know that you did amazing in this video! Love the hair ..I would say limiting TV time and actually reading or listening to a book is helpful. I normally don't listen to music when i'm errands, I listen to a book or a podcast. Ultimately, do what works for you. I currently have added listening to solfeggio frequencies into my routine which is extremely helpful and relaxing for me. The other thing that really skyrocketed my development personally and professionally as well is making sure I built relationships with individuals who were where I aspired to be and making sure to inquire about daily habits etc. Learning from successful people will literally have you skipping levels and the mindset is completely different depending on what your personal goals are. Heyyy Morgan 💜 Loving your hair and makeup, you look beautiful. Yeah, I totally agree with you on all aspects, definitely. One tip I could give you, which I find really useful, is meditation and meditation music you feel so relaxed afterwards. Spending time by yourself and doing what you love and it could be anything, going out to dinner, self care or shopping. Focus on positive future goals and don't look back on the past and mistakes we may have made, which I did a lot but not now. Now I think positive, surrounded myself with positive and supportive people like what you also said. Always put yourself first and do what's right for you and not to make other people happy. Put yourself first. OMG!! I could write a book, Morgan. Lol!! Loved this type of content it's great, and we can all help and support each other. I have a comment on the diet part I’ve learned that a particular “diet” really boils down to your blood type everyone has a specific beneficial/harmful diet that is based on your blood type. For example I’m AB- and I can’t really eat certain red meats outside of turkey, rabbit or lamb the same with fruits and veggies etc. and I have been (trying) sticking to that and have seen a significant difference in my energy, body frame and skin. Hopefully this will help anyone that really wants to focus on a diet that is perfect for their individual goals!!
And you are what you feed yourself daily. I will be listening to trap while I’m in the gym but constantly no as it can energy draining. Be ok and compassionate about “low vibrational” things there is nothing that is negative when you experience things. That can cause you to stumble when you don’t need to. Water your own seeds and be the sun to give it nourishment. It’s hard that as you change many people won’t like it because it threatens them and their reality and how you may be used but do it anyway.
