Peaker's advantage is basically a server thing, the person standing is experiencing server refreshing at 30 hertz while a person who is moving is experiencing server refreshing at 60 hertz, called a hybrid refresh rate. I don't understand why is Ubisoft still using that old tech and not make it 60 Hz constant.
