when frequency sweeping u never want to bring it all the way up, all frequencies will sound bad being boosted that much

Turning the gain up on the noise gain raises the noise volume that u cut out just leave it at the bottom

If you use the patch tool, set your plugins in that, you can save it allowing you to have a go to sound. Makes it easier if you’re making demos or have a main vocal sound you like to primarily use.

I would change the order of the compressor and de-esser. From my expirience its better to put the de-esser before the compression.

when you load FL studio new project there shouldnt be any plugins on . just dont add it . record . add later. i add autotune or pitcher in mixing

Good basic tutorial but adding an extra line where you actually explain what plugin is doing for the vocal instead of saying “this is what works for me” would be greatly appreciated. Videos like this are good to see the general workflow of a basic mix but it will not help artist get their desired sound because all we know how to do is turn knobs instead of knowing WHY and WHEN to turn them.
