@@PintagoGuitars recently got an issue while i was working with the wix editor...., i tried to get help from the wix customer care and i got connected with a technical assistant named Anna... After a lot of conversations with her, as she was not able to understand my problem, she kept asking for a lot of screenshots even though she openly had direct access to my editor..., even after all this, she finally replied that she unfortunately couldn't fix the issue...and then she forwarded my query to the product team to help me.... Meanwhile after a lot of research i myself had found out the solution for that issue... after 2 days the product team contacted me through email regarding the query and they suggested me few steps to follow in order to fix my problem.... now what's even more shocking is that the solution they provided was not all a correct solution...they just said that's how it works and you can't fix it...

@@Statsjk YES!! Story of my life, you know how many times I’ve been through that exact process, I’m at a beginner level and I am sure I’m 1000% smarter then those idiots 😂 They tent to always say things are impossible or “Wix doesn’t have this feature yet” when they totally are possible, don’t give up hope buddy! This channel and others are defiantly a big help
