I’ve used the Jon Renau Blend & Build Root Spray several times on synthetic wigs, and also made a video showing how I did that, but I’ve just recently tried using copic markers instead to avoid the residue that the spray can leave. On this video, I show how I added a darker root and also added copper/ginger highlights to an ashy colored wig to give it a warmer overtone that looks better on me. I’m thrilled with how this turned out and can’t wait to try it again sometime soon!
NOTE: AT THE TIME I MADE THIS VIDEO, WigSalon.com still had these wigs available for $89, however they are completely sold out now and this wig has apparently been discontinued. I’m so sad about that because this has been one of my favorite styles! 😔
