Thanks for the video! This worked! Only thing is I did this and it works on my desktop but for some reason it does not work on mobile. The underline text decoration shows up but when you want to click to view it does not click. Any idea why this may be happening?

mine was working once I did it but not anymore :( I tried redoing it but it won't work, is there a reason for that?

Squarespace just redid their forms so I think the structure might have changed with the update, since this not working. I haven't had a chance to test yet

Hi this has been a terrific help and I'm almost sorted. I've added the HTML in the label section of the check box. Now at the bottom of the form, the wording is correct - ''by checking the box I agree to the contract''. So the html appears to be working, but it doesnt link! It's just a sentence. Any thoughts please?

I have a blog post linked in the description with the copy and paste HTML you can use. Just update the page slug in the href with your own as shown in the video.

Shame this only sends data to your contacts. you need to be integrated to another service to get confirmation emails working.

Yes that is true, but that is pretty common for most platforms. For managing subscribers you always need some sort of email provider

@@SEWebDesign It's just nonsensical. They have a newsletter block that you could use instead that adds people to a mailing list in squarespace but its much more limited (and not privacy compliant either). why not just have one form block that works instead of two bad ones?
