How to Add an End Task Right Click Taskbar Option in Windows

If you ever have a program or app that is not responding or frozen, you know how much of a pain it can be to try and kill the non responsive app. You normally need to go to Task Manager, find the program, then right click on it and choose End Task. In the Windows settings, there is a developer option you can enable to add an End Task right click menu option so when you right click a running app on the taskbar, you can kill it right from there.

I have that option for standard and admin accounts so I am not sure why you do not have it.
