check the permissions file and scroll down to weather options and make sure its builtin.everyone or group.admin

Make sure its unsure as vMenu put it in the server.cfg file then it'll work

make sure you ensured your custom car file and copied the name of the YTD of the car and put that in your vMenu addon, I also have a video for installing custom cars so give that a watch if your having trouble
