With the security setting set to "high", users will not get prompted with task they have to do before they enter the site right? That is only the case for the "under attack mode", correct?

so if the a real person accessing on your website and you block all the incoming ip address, and allow all cloudflare ip addresses, does that mean all real person who try to access your website will go to cloudflare first before your website? Or do they get blocked too?
