Hello Sir, Can you explain, how to add a device from out of the same network or from another City ?

we found some difficulties, the date and time on the device and on the software or computer don't much even we set time zone correctly!!! can help us urgently??

I have done exactly the same way but the device is not shown in the list. pls find me a way to solve this.
