Not necessarily. Just remember that when you create table make it 6 columns and when you drop the circles the size will automatically adjust. Great question.

Hi, I purchase all my clipart on Teachers Pay Teachers. Those are actually two different ones that I placed together. They are not sold together. I usually put the credits on the last page of each resource.

You know what? I tried it on add page and the links won’t work. I had to do it a different way to put it in add page.

@@EmmaBalansay Can you please let me know how you did it on "Add a page"? My buttons work. They are spaced out a lot but the good thing is that the buttons work. The main issue I am having right now is that some of my buttons on the landing page won't appear and instead there will be an image of a little page. The little page will take them to the link but, I wanted to see if you could guide me or have any recommendations about what to do so the buttons won't disappear on Schoology. Some parents say that it'll take a while to load up and all the buttons show up and other times they don't show up at all! Please help!

@@gloriajuarez4975 Hi first thing is did you put them in a table on google docs before you pasted? That way they don't move. Also I'm wondering if maybe a screen shot of the icons instead of saving it as a picture would work better. If you do take the screen shot make sure to capture it as close to the icon as possible so that there is not a lot of white space around. That could be making them be all spread out.

@@EmmaBalansay Yes I followed your video and put them on google docs. The main issue I am coming across is that the buttons are not loading or students can't see them and instead see a small image of a page. So they need to scroll down to find the folders. Is there anything that can be done in order for the buttons to actually appear at all times? Or does this have something to do with maybe Schoology?

@@gloriajuarez4975 I have done this customizing for many teachers at my school. Sometimes there are days when I paste on Schoology and follow the same steps and it doesn't load at all. I then try the next day the same procedure and it works. I think it's a schoology glitch.

It depends. If you are using the same folder then no but if it will be in a different place then yes. I have found that if you have it saved in your google docs then it's easy to just change the links that way.

The header and icons is put in updates so kids see that whenever they log in. Yes you can link the button icons to other courses, folders or sites.

I have heard people say that as well and when I tell them to try on google docs it works fine.

Go to the folder you want to link and then on top copy paste the url link.

@@EmmaBalansay I'm not sure any of my coworkers are using buttons. For some reason, when I use the keyboard shortcuts it works!

Try tapping two fingers on your track pad. Not sure what type of device, but that works on Mac.

It is tricky. Make sure you're clicking on the top middle of the table. It always takes me like 3 intents to get it right.

Are you using Word or Google Docs? That happened when I used Word but it worked fine when I used Google Docs.

I tried both google docs and google slides. I also tried publisher because a different video used that. Someone suggested using Firefox instead of chrome and it worked the first time.

Hi Lucy. Try going to Design then on the right you’ll see Slide Size and click on Custom Slide Size. That’s the equivalent of page set up.

Minds did the same. I created like she did. When I copy and pasted into Schoology Updates it comes out blank as well. Will not show up. Didn't answer question.

I always advice teachers to do it google docs and then copy and paste.

Hi Shay yes it can. My kids use ipad and are able to view it. I have even tried viewing it on my phone and it looks great as well.

Emma Balansay I cant view them on my phone. So wondering if I’m doing something wrong because sometimes they aren’t showing on my computer either. They disappear and then reappear. My students have told me the same thing. What could be wrong?

@@amya.6776 I believe it can't be seen if you are using Schoology app. So it is better to go on Schoology website to view those.
