I have one of those and I want to find the right place to put a Switch so I can turn on and off ONLY the Boost circuit... Can you help me with that?

Yes, you can adjust the output voltage.

Did you calculate the current? Drowned current an voltage on smd LED should be equal with the new Led. Or you can over burn the driver
