3CX had a reason to make this well-designed plugin free and do away with their premium version. I wonder what the reason was? My impression from a couple years ago when I looked at live chats available was that there were so many! Maybe that was why? If enough people discover them, maybe they'll offer a premium version again with even more features! Hard to imagine more features. Thanks, Bjorn! I think I've chosen my live-chat! Hi! I was wondering if there is a way to hear the 'ping' whenever i receive a live chat question - other than sitting on computer open on my 'admin' status? Can it be linked to a text onn my mobile, for instance? Thanks!

Good question. There isn't a phone app that I'm aware of. You could possible hack something together with a macro editor that can detect changes on your computer screen and notify you. For it to work you would have to keep your computer on and on the chat box while you're away.
I agree, the cloud background is appealing. Thank you for sharing this FREE plugin. I wonder why the developers decided to distribute it as a free feature rich plugin.

the sad thing is that you cannot modify the plugin in order to adapt on device, for example on pc it's showing ok but when you open it on mobile, it is a disaster

Hi Jasbier, Whether you have Gutenberg or not, the live chat box should still appear on the front end unless that Flatsome theme is blocking it. Are you seeing any error messages? Have you tried visiting the site in a different browser or incognito?

Can you have this which gives you a mobile alert when someone sends a message and you can not handle it immediately? I was thinking of using it to send questions and then when i receive the notification, I can answer the question when I'm available.

Hello. Tried installing this on our WordPress website but it seems to freeze the mobile version of the page totally. The site loads really slowly after installing and for example the menu seems to stop working. Is this a common issue?

@@wplearninglab You're spoiling us, thank you! I feel like this would be an amazing tool for a bigger company. I use Tidio for my customers because many of them are entrepreneurs. Having the alerts on mobile is a must because their staff numbers are low.
