Where do you do that because mine is doing the same thing.

I added an outline to my image in canvas but when I exported it to versaworks it didn’t show up. What did I do wrong. It cut everything out properly but the outline didn’t show up

Hey there, Procreate will not create a vector file, no. But you can export as a PDF directly from Procreate.

I am having the same problem, it will not cut around the image like yours did straight from Canva?! I have the pro version as well…can you please help?

You need to right click the name of the file in the Queue and click Job Assistant

@@SilhouetteSchool I did, mine doesn't show that. I wonder if I need a upgrade but they just installed mine like 3 weeks ago.

Same here. Did download an .svg and did use both Silhouette Studio and Canva to create .pdf. In Versaworks Job assistant it is blank. My version of VW is 6.14.0. Help needed 😀

Hey there! This design has a pretty muted color palette, so I'm not totally sure what you mean about them not being bright.

A PNG is not a vector so it can't be used as is.

@@SilhouetteSchool can a png or jpg be converted to svg, to be able to use it like shown here?
