I have literally been jumping hoops and breaking my head and spending so much more time than I needed to to create this effect! But now it’s so much more simple! Thank you so much for explaining in detail. I just created a craft and I am in love! 😍

I just started but I downloaded iFont on my iPad and I go to find fonts, gives you a menu like google, dafont, 1001, and stuff like that I like 1001 and dafont. I find one I like and hit download. Then in the Home Screen on iFont select installer, install the one you just downloaded. Then go to settings and you will have a “profile downloaded” hit it and then install. This is how I know how to do it on an iPad or iPhone. Hope this helps!

I loved your tutorial, I tried it , make an account at Creative Fabrica, but all fonts have a price next to them, some as much as 25 dollars what did I do wrong, or are they no longer free?
The free subscription gives you one free font per week and discounted rates on the font bundles. If you upgrade to the font subscription plan you get all the fonts for free.

Yes. That might have been covered in another video. You would need to upload your fonts into FontCloud. If have have the otf or ttf file you originally got when you downloaded your fonts you can upload that right to FontCloud. If you didn't save that file you can always download it again from the site you got your fonts from and then upload it to FontCloud. I know it's a bit of a pain but once it's all done you'll have everything you need all in one place and it's so much easier to use. :)
Hi! When I click on a font I've installed and type my word to preview the font and eventually "add the tails", the font is not showing. It is just plain text. This is happening on all fonts I have uploaded. What am I doing wrong? Also, when I move forward with the copy and paste method for the letters with "tails" I only get a square icon in place of that letter. (Can you use these fonts-with tails-on programs such as Microsoft word/publisher?) Thanks for a fantastic video!!!
Are you using FontCloud? Make sure that the fonts you've installed on your computer are also uploaded into FontCloud. I also have these 3 videos that go more into detail on how to use FontCloud. Some fonts don't have the PUA area and some do. If the font doesn't have PUA then it won't have any tails. Usually when you get font for free they don't include the PUA.

Hi... I really want these tails for my words but control V doesn't paste on my design space. I have a MacBook.. and there is no paste... Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, Does the font have to be installed on your computer for it to copy into Design Space? I have several folders of fonts that are not installed, i.e. Farmhouse, Scprit, etc. I followed you on this video using the Samantha font which is not installed, and it will not paste into Design Space. TY
None of my fonts work. I have tried hello, hello honey & samantha. I see the tails and when I click it does copy, but when I paste, its just a box with an x.
I can not get this to work. I select my glyphs and it shows that it was copied to clipboard at the top. I delete the last letter then retype it and it doesn’t add the tail. What step did I miss I’ve watched that part of the video 5 times
If you didn't save the file folder when you downloaded the fonts originally you can either go to the site you downloaded them from and re-download or you can find new fonts on creative fabrica.
