I've never heard anything like it. This guy goes out of his way to help people improve their photography and some just want to criticise and shout fake. We all know its a fake mock up , as rightly said you wouldn't see the milky way due to light pollution. I would like to give a huge shout out and say, thank you , thank you and thank you Serge and please keep the faith as most of us really appreciate all you do to further our understanding and learning. :)
He knows it's fake. We know it's fake. He doesn't care because he's an artist not a photojournalist. Good on him. I've learnt so much from this channel - my night-time shots have amazing impact compared to what I used to churn out. Anyone can go to Venice and shoot reality if they want to.
Thank You Thank You Thank You !!!! I love it I am an photographic artist because of how I love your work I have grown in leaps n bounds as a photographer
beautiful result. I have some problems importing your skies and milky way into library. 1. For skies, I followed your recommendations, created groups,… so it worked but with two uncertainties : a. Photoshop is configured in prophoto just to be compatible with Lightroom but it always give me headashes for composite with "external" files. So it asks me the color space and if I convert the document with a checkbox. Don’t color manage, srgb or prphoto. I selected srgb and unchecked document (what is it ???) b. all images are called “background” instead of the original filenames 2. For milkyway I open two png files, same questions than before so srgb and when I drag them to the library I see behing a empty image and in panel it is called layer1. Why doesn’t it work like skies ? best regards marc
hello Marc, I got your email, you should have all your setting in Edit-> color setting set to preserved embedded file. this way wheever profile is there is the one preserved. for RGB, CMYK and black and white
