This guy is awesome! Clear direct thorough creative. And thoughtful!. How great he took it out of the car to more than just fix it but create for us a real teachable moment esp for guys like me to ‘conceptually understand’ something this 67 year old now disabled guy had never dealt with till now bc I can’t afford a mechanic anymore…strictly DIY guy now. Butunderstand a helluva lot more now then 20 min ago thst will help me Push on through and solve and repair my gear shifter problem Your a helluva good guy . A no nonsense guy Thst getts abd sticks to the point and has the heart of a teacher - the teacher we always rememeber bc he/she went the extra mile for us. Thank you!…..Brian

where in the vehicle do we find that thing you adjusted? or do we always have to remove the transmission?

Will this work on a hyundai matrix and do i adjust as you have at the shifter and not by the transmisson?

I do not know how I got to this video why I watched it but I agree it did fix the problem. how all those parts go back It is beyond me. I'm just checking out small repairs for things. I wish I could find a person this smart to help with my cars. when you see people who know what they are doing it makes me worried about others and are they half as smart.

I hope we can fix my '95 Astro. Due to this probiem, we've almost had two terrible accidents.

I had a car that has sat for 3 years. Got it into drive, but a week later the trans would not reach drive. Going to try this adjustment on it and see what happens. Trans itself seems functional. Was rebuilt before it sat.
