Taking the cilinder off and firing one shot to get all the pressure out will damage the rifle I think since the manual says to never fire the gun without air because it will damage components. The correct way to decrease pressure would be to just turn the screw clockwise a quarter turn and then dryfire. Repeat if pressure needs to be lower.
after emptying the plenum, rotate the screw clockwise, loweing theOP reading. then return the bottle (OP reading is low) then counter clockwise roatation of screw in regulator to increas the OP pressure. am i right?
When the adjusting to increase the regulator pressure the air leaks from the vent hole. I have replaced all of the o rings of the regulator, but still when pressure just start to show on regulator gauge it leaks on side vent hole. Please if anybody have face the same problem and he solved , your advice will be helpful to me.
@@jc_airguntech6028you mean without replacing any part. Just need only tuning and you can shoot Slugs?.or you must replace some parts like hammer or slug pin probe or hammer spring or barrel liner?. I am asking this because I want to buy used one for shooting Slugs at least light weight slugs. I this fx crown Mk1 ?
@@mytube3687 fx crown is slug ready without upgrades or modifications because it’s already STX barrel and has efficient power, you can upgrade some parts if you want to increase power and accuracy for further distances
