I have 2018 toyota fortuner ,, the door locker keeps locking all doors by itself, even when I lock the car I can still hear the clicking keeps locking, today took more than 30 minuts and stoped,, please help

Magandang araw po sir andrew. Matanong ko lang po kung may idea kayo kung bakit hindi po nag oopen yung power tailgate ng fortuner v 2019 namin through remote. Mag oopen lang po sya pag pinindot yung button sa likod. Thank you po

What if u want to adjust it to the highest or max level? Im tall and everytime ioopen ko sya inaadjust ko ung door manually to make it higher pa eh.
