Unfortunately I installed it and it is secured yet my cut pile gun is working like a loop pile gun, the yarn isn’t being cut properly, it’s like the yarn isn’t being dispensed between the scissor opening properly if that makes sense.
@@justruginit Exactly, it's a very intimidating machine that's why I thought you'd be a good teacher since you sell these and your teaching style is very good.
Hi thanks for your helpful videos, When I was loosening the screw, the nut fell out, how should I repair it? Where the nut is located does not have easy access
Hello, I'm sorry my English is a bit bad. Should the hole where the wool is threaded with the threader be completely open? My machine has it about 95% open, should I open it more?....your videos are very good
I loosened the screw, then the whole slide fell out, couldn’t figure out how to put it back in. Bought another gun, now I’m skeptical about trying it again, but I would like to make the hole smaller, my yarn keeps coming out every couple of minutes.
You probably have too much tension on your yarn as it’s being fed into the machine. Try to make the yarn as loose as possible. Check out my video on “how to prevent yarn from falling out” that should give you a better idea of what I mean. If there’s too much tension, the Machine will still cut the yarn, but pull it back through
I have the green cut/loop pile gun and I’m having issues with it not working. I’ve been trying to use the cut pile setting but The yarn won’t go through the fabric and cut. I got new fabric but still won’t work. Idk what my issue is and I really don’t want to get a new gun :( can you help me figure out what’s wrong with my gun!!!
Sorry for the late reply. If it sizing blade fell out, it usually means you unscrewed it to far or forgot to retighten it. There should be two prongs on the bar that slide back over a nut on the bottom side of the needle. Once that on, tighten it back down and you should be good to go
Hi! i’ve recently started with a tufting gun and find that when i use pure wool the machine cuts properly, but when i use acrylic it doesn’t. Do you have any advice, whether the gun needs adjusting or i need to use thicker wool? thanks!
@@lavenderjohnson7017 it just depends, every machine is different and use a different quality pair of scissors. I just replaced mine and it was about 6months
