Just got my V2 Leap. My son purchased a chair from Crandall Office and was impressed with the service he received as well as the product. I've got to say, I'm a new Crandall Office Furniture fan. The entire purchase experience was fantastic The assembly video and this adjustment video reflect the company's attention to detail that I appreciate. My chair looks brand new and feels great, and I'm pleased that I get to re-use a resource. Thank you!
This is a great chair and an even better video. Just got mine from you folks set up and dialing it in. Easy breezy from ordering to shipping to setting up.
I don't even have a Leap and found the video very detailed, specially where you make Close ups to the part you are talking about. Too bad I live in Mexico
This was very helpful! Curious, what do you recommend between the Leap v2 and Gesture for somebody coming from a Fern? I'm 6'1" 185lb and struggle with the Fern's backrest and seat gap that's created when I slide the pan forward.
The Gesture is a great chair and has a great headrest option. The leap v2 is good but someone your size and with what you have been dealing with i would suggest the gesture. Hey David! Is there a wait to mod the tilt lock so that it goes less than 90 degrees? I like to sit in a more upright position when im working at my desk and I feel like the most upright setting isnt enough. Has that been done before?
This is my exact question! It feels really nice against my back when I lean back a bit, but when I'm working, I usually sit more upright and now all that lumbar support is just sitting there in space between.
Look... If the chair doesn't have a channel for your tailbone then make sure it's exceedingly well padded or have a return policy because my expensive office chairs ruined mine
