Sometimes you might find that "carriage" on your PiBurn is a bit too loose on the rail. This is something that can be adjusted fairly easy. If you look closer at the carriage you will see 3 small wheels riding on the rail. 2 of them are in line and performantly fixed, but 3rd one that's on the opposite side can be move closer or further away. This can be achieved by loosing screw and nut that's holding it, and then rotating "eccentric spacer" that sits under this the wheel. Spacer has a special "notch" on it that indicates it's position. When you rotate spacer so it's notch is moving closer the rail or other two wheels it will bring the wheel closer to the rail. When you rotate it the other way it moves away. Turn it just slightly, maybe a 1/8" of a turn and then tighten screw and nut holding it. Test how it slides on the rail and repeat adjustment.
Similarly you can adjust "footboard" that slides on smaller post/rail.
