Very informative video especially the ± values.👍 Also, I've been facing hard gear shifts after full engine rebuild (during which I've changed everything). I also changed new gear shaft & all kinds of springs related to gear adjustments but still 😐. Even mechanics are unable to fix this. Could it be the shifter drum & three forks that I should replace? I'm worried as the engine needs to be opened again & parts availability. I usually buy required parts beforehand to avoid hassle. Before engine rebuild, it ran without engine oil. That's why I'm replacing every concerned part. But I don't want it to be opened again and again. Plz help 🙏

Your content really helps. 👍 I've replaced all of the clutch assembly (hub, centre, both kinds of plates) twice. & the new one has loosened too. My motorcycle jiggles at low speeds, & smoothens out 50-80kmph. Mileage is 54kmpl. I use mineral oil & top up about 50-100ml every two days. I'm sorting out all the issues one by one, presently this issue. I've been a bit hopeless now as I'm trying everything in vain. 🥺

Tik tik noise after engine warm up is a good sign of loose tappets and performance drop or issues with cold start indicates tight tappets

@@JeetBhaskar Jeet Bhai, Namaste 🙏 Recently mere XPulse main highway par cruising karne ke samay agar kabhi overtake karne ki jarurat parti hain toh ek gear down karke agar overtake karne jata hoon toh engine top se rapidly ek "thak thak thak" sound araha hain but it's happening just for a little moment & after overtaking there's no sound is coming. Power bhi thoda kam feel ho raha hain aajkal. Yeh sab bhi kya value loose hone ki karan ho raha hain ?

Sir my xpulse 200 4v is having longer rpm fluctuation. It takes like 5 or 8 minutes to go to the normal rpm. Previously it was taking like only 1 minute to go to normal rmp.. but after the second service it is taking longer to go to normal rpm. Is there any problem with my bike? Can i ride while rpm fluctuates bcoz it takes like 10 minutes to go to normal rpm approx..

Meri Xpulse hai uska handle alignment thik nahi hai..Wo towards right align hua dikhta hai..After 90kmph handle start wobbling..Hero service center wale usko thik nahi kar pa rahe hai.. Kya karna hoga uske liye??

Brother meri passion plus old model bike hai.abhi ki latest splendor me company 0.10 both side compny kehti hai.par meri service manual mein 0.05 both side likha hai.par kara set kiya to awaz tappet ki aati hai. Kya muje kitna rakh na chaiye??? Engine full rebuild hua hai. Aur 1st service bhi abhi he hui hai.
