in case you still have trouble, make sure the thing to press down is exactly on top of one of those dents on the other side, otherwise it won‘t close

ol for anyone who can't figure it out, there are certain stops on the strap, you can only close them there on the spots not anywhere. So once they're in that position, it closes as easily as in the vid. thank me later

In my case I had removed the hook with small screwdriver and after adjusting, while pressing dven when it is in the grove the button does not press all the way down. IT REMAINS 50% press down and does not go further to lock the position. What we are doing wrong herr?

I have to keep periodically adjusting the strap because the sliding clasp piece keeps moving little by little and making the watch looser on my wrist. Is there any fix to this or am I gonna have to keep periodically adjusting it forever?

I was cursing all the gods trying to close it, way too hard. I was scared of damage it using a little screwdriver The fork is more round and it really helped My gf is happy now :D Thank you, xie xie ni :)

Just got mine today, the fact that the strap is too long for a small wrist like mine. And I chose 28MM which is the min. And kinda troublesome while wearing it, still I am wearing it cause it look elegant and simple :) So does the bracelet.

I finally figured it out. You have to adjust the metal adjusting unto a stop (feel for it) then push the clasp in as seen in the video. But using hands does not work. You gotta get something strong and durable (I used the mouth of a pen) and just push it in strongly. Until you hear or feel it clasp shut.

Guys guys just use a brow tweezer! Mine came out unscathed and my watch was easily adjusted. Also, it’s easier to put the tweezers underneath the part with the arrow on it, not that narrower hole they show in the video. I kind of agree with the other poster about the band being too long for people with narrow wrists; mine wraps around almost to the face, kind of annoying. But I still love the overall look of this watch, so I’m keeping it.

Does the colour of the strap worn off or be rusty? I’m very curious. Or is there any particular reasons that is going to wear off the colour? Is it possible for the strap tu turn black?

Hi! All our products are made from stainless steel and they will not rust. However, we recommend avoiding any direct contact with water. They can take light rain and splashing when washing your hands, but should not be worn when swimming or showering etc as they may discolor!

I opened the clip with a screw. You just need something hard that wont bend and break. I broke two earrings trying to open it :/..

Hi there! The strap changing tool is upposed to be in the little paper folder in the bottom of your watch box. If you do not have this there, you can use a earring or needle to push out the spring bars!

Guys DON'T press that thing to close it. Use the tool as well for closing. Using so much force with your fingers may damage the watch. It's incredibly easy if you use the tool. If you don't don't know how search for another video. I just adjusted the strap. Good luck.

@@fatimaalhammadi5457 the other comment got cut off so I’m tagging both although it’s been a year you probably already got it but when the part is open so just stuck the tool in the little open area and basically push it towards the end of the strap. So like have the watch time piece towarfs you and the strap facing away if that makes sense. And once you put the tool under the little hole just push it outwards towards the strap. And done it will then close easily

It’s really hard to fix the strap, you need definitely more than power of one finger to fix it((((( additional if you have small hands, the strap will be really too long and you will have two layers of strap around your hand - looks not really nice(

She closed it wrong... not supposed to use your finger, use the tool the watch comes with. Stick the flat side in the gap where the arrow point and push backwards

The clasp in my new DW watch differs from the one shown in the video. The strap is too large, so it definitely needs adjusting. Do you have a video which shows a clasp that has a stem that is inserted into one of the holes in the band?

The tool is way too soft and will bend. Go and find a really small screw and pop it out easily.

its ridiculous how hard it is to open and close this thing...especially the closing is aweful. You can see the markers/ positions on one side of the strap but it still wont close without a hugh amount of pressure...
