I'm a mixed media artist, who was given an airbrush and compressor almost a decade ago--birthday gift. Through years of trial-and-error, I struggled. Always using water-based paints. I did three large automotive projects (all with HOK) and LOVED MY RESULTS! So did my clients. I had loads of people contacting me to do motorcycle helmets and tanks but I turned down the business because I was afraid of my capabilities and experiences with water-based paints. I thought I had merely been lucky, or the humidity was just right, or all the planets were in alignment when I did the automotive projects. I gave up on myself and NEVER figured out the correlation between the urethane and the ease of the projects.
I’ve watch so many videos. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you breaking down the ratios you’re mixing, the airbrushes you use, the paint you use, the texts you put on the screen to help me write it down.
NICE, one of the better vids I've watched . Subscribed so keep them coming. Great communications with all that watch's. I'm sure the number of subscribers will go up as more watch. I use a few dif. AB's and water based paints but you have peaked my interest in something I have thought about try'n and the way you communicate it to us was perfect. Keep the lessons coming.
