This was a very well done video. No annoying jump cuts like _everywhere on RU-vid_, no stuttering, no bullshit. Just on the spot informative and entertaining. Nice one!
This is a really good series for someone who wants to get into airsoft. I am very lucky to have some friends to play with already and I live in Texas so there a lot of public fields to play in. The community is awesome here too!
I don't need to rent ones to test if i like it. My local airsoft field gave me a handful of guns to get an idea i did not keep them i just had to see if one works best for me.
Are there some airsoft goggles with prescriptions or something I can put over my glasses? I think there are because there are prescription scuba diving goggles.
Hey Novritsch, keep up the good work on you're videos. They keep getting better and better. I've seen all of them and the content is amazing. Congrats on those 1mil subscribers!
i have played i few games of paintball, and find the engagement distances, blunt pain, and mess it makes a bit annoying, but i love the sport, so here i am in airsoft. I have longer range guns, less pain, and little mess.
This video was amazing I've tried the renting of the equipment and it was right to rent it because when you're starting off like you said to see if you like it or not it was very worth it plus it puts me in the direction of what kind of gun I want to start going to
Actually, my first gun broke on the first game. It almost made me quit, however I just saved some more money and ordered a TM VSR 10 and is now my baby and I love this spobby. (Where I live they dont rent guns)
Hey Novritsch, I have U.S. Military boots given to me by a veteran who's a family friend. I also have Vietnam-Era US Army Clothes, from my uncle. I also have a G&G GR16 with around 10 extra magazines.
They weren't using them right then, they're widely regarded as solid guns. That's why most sites use them as hire guns, bombproof, easy to strip and clean
Novritsch ich verfolge deinen Kanal schon seit du 6.000 abonenten hast und deine deine videos sind echt gut und werden immer besser , du sprichst simples englisch was sogar ich verstehe . Danke für die geilen Videos 😊
Best airsoft starter rifle you can get is either one of the G&G Combat Machine rifles or a CYMA AK. The things are damn near indestructible, and have a lot of upgrade potential if you want it in the future.
I am actually playing with 1$ safety goggles (i'm not joking), I shot it with 3+ joule weapons, not even a dent. I got shot in the goggle a couple of times but nothing. The other thing is that it is huge, it covers a huge part from the top of my face. I don't believe in airsoft goggles for 30$ and such...
Thanks for a great video series Novritsch! My son and I have been watching you and Jet Desert Fox for some months now. We finally tried airsoft for the first time yesterday. We rented good goggles and face mask and rented a g&g cm16. I had some battery issues but in general it was great renting for the first time. We just wore long sleeve shirts and bdu pants. Next time I will wear a thicker shirt. Overall we had fun and will be going again and now see the benefit of owning your own gun. Thanks again for the great videos which were our inspiration to get started. I should say we went to and indoor CQB game and not outdoor like you usually play. We live in California and hope to get out to desert fox airsoft one day soon.
Thanks for this helpful video novritsch, I am going to play for my second time this week. The first time I went I had an amazing time and fell in love with my friends sniper rifle.
There are many goggles and full face masks that fit over if you aren't wearing huge glasses. There are also vision correcting inserts you could get for certain goggles. If you aren't sure if something will fit then I suggest going to an airsoft store in person and trying on the goggles or full face mask.
Military rated eye pro have adapters that hold prescription lenses. ESS, Revision, and Oakley have them. Look into it. I'm not 100% certain how a civilian has to go about getting a set. I just know they work very nice. I've worn them to the range for hours and they're pretty comfortable. Good luck!
+Zipotricks hm, i'm german but Military Service is Not so normal at us, i think, because Austria (sorry by the way) is just another Part of german Land
Indeed, it is obligatory for every male citizen over 18 and will take 6 months. But instead you can accomplish an alternative service which will last 9 months if you are a pacifist.
His boots is the Salomon Quest 4D GTX Yes, they are a fantastic pair of boots for airsoft, hiking, outdoor activities, etc. I own a pair of these bad mama jamas and they're absolutely great. Expensive though, expect to drop near $200 on a pair.
should I start to go to local airsoft clubs and feilds, I'm 15 years old with 3 current airsoft guns to my name (all modded and reliable) and have experience with them as i take them to my friends dad's farm with a few people on the weekends, I think I should start doing airsoft as a hobby "for real" but am not sure if i would be accepted into the community due to my age. can someone with similar experiences help me with this decision, thanks.
I'm 14 and the field I go to is mostly made up of people older than me, but they respect me for my knowledge of the sport, my skill, and my respect to them. As long as you're mature and respectful, you shouldn't have a problem.
Ahh I still remember mine 1st airsoft game where i recieved 2 BBs in same finger, same spot, and i had like 1 cm bruise on my left middle finger. Like the game
Looking for a good sniper? JG Bar 10 is amazing 80-100 feet with accuracy. Price is only $130, and easy to upgrade and when you do it can go over 600 fps!
When I play CQB I just don't wear my glasses because of how uncomfortable it is under my goggles, but contacts or goggles that go over prescription glasses are your best bet.
I laughed a little when he talked about protecting your fingers. I wore fingerless gloves to my first airsoft game and took a BB straight to the middle section of my pointer finger. There was a lump there for about 5-ish weeks. It wasn't too bad because it was a CQB map with a 350 FPS cap, but listen to that man and get full-finger protection or you will seriously regret it XD
Paintball. I've played both, but getting hit by a paintball hurts more imo. Pb hit at 20 ft = Airsoft hit at 50-60ft Airsoft hurts a lot lot more the closer you get though won't lie.
I like how in the beginning of the video the mention getting some sort of clothing with a hood or something and is nice if it keeps you warm. BRO, I live in Arizona, I don't want something that keeps me warm. This state is probably one of the hottest places on Earth. We have people who die of heat stroke on a daily basis during the summers here. But you probably play somewhere colder so it makes sense for you.
can't wait I did all the steps but if I don't win I'm gonna buy an m4 or the vsr10. mostly I'm gonna get the vsr10 cause I love snipers and you showed me alot
trust me, Novritsch isn't showing everything there is to it! though granted, spring powered snipers are the easiest to take with you, since they require no gas or battery, BUT as a sniper, there's a lot of limitations you're putting on yourself, keep that in mind.
can i ask you something? my question is: I want to buy the airsoft HK 416D GBB, is the VFC VR16 GBB Magazine (mid cap, 35 BBs, CO2) compatible? the hk416/m4/m16 mags were out of stock. also, ive been recommended 0.28g+ for GBB rifles, as well as i shouldnt be using bio BBs. so is .30g a good choice for a HK416-D GBB??
I have a question: When you rent your gear for the first Time, do you get everything you reviewed in this Video? Mesh Mask, Goggles, etc. (except shoes and bodywear)
I bought goggles for airsoft rated at Z87 which is the lowest level a field allows were I'm at. What didn't know is my sports glasses I use for volleyball are rated at Z94 allot higher than the goggles. Turns out I wasted 80 bucks on goggles.
To be honest i went to the hardware store for gogles and they are really good. Also getting shot in since i boutgh them and i got only smál scratches on them.
dpear3 how come contacts don't work for you. They are by far the best option. Have tried goggles over glasses and it sucks. Uncomfortable and they will fog up. The 1 day contacts are pretty cheap and you get used to putting them in with some practice.
+NOVRITSCH hello, so i got this jg bar 10 g-spec completly stock. and i have shot a couple of hundreds shots with it, and now when i was sitting in my room, i was shooting with no bullets, and i shot once and it worked perfect, but when i pulled back the next time and i was going to take the next shot but the trigger was stuck and i tried to pull back the bolt again and then tried pushing the trigger, but it did'nt work and now it's just stuck. i can press it a little bit but not the whole way. and it is on fire NOT safe so that's not it. i would be thankful for an answer. i have checked threw internet and have'nt found anything for that... :/
Is a G&G Combat Machine M4 Raider for 168.00$ good? Because I want to start playing airsoft. I alredy played 3 or 4 times renting guns and I loved it. So can anyone tell me if its a good starter gun please.
