do I need to do this after clearing the tsurumi island? because I did some of the puzzles and it didnt give me the stone slates, Im on day 2 on the tsurumi island fog quest, I did some of the puzzle after I cleared day 2 but it didnt give me stone slate

ive checked all 7 locations and have done all the puzzles, but it says i only have 6 stone slates??? Is it a bug, and is there a fix because its pretty frustrating.
