I'm not seeing a place to send you that information. 1. Why not do a TOD? Pros/cons of TOD. Can a TOD be used for some aspects of the trust? Is a beneficiary different from a TOD? In CA how do you do a TOD for property. 2. What are the steps a trustee needs to follow for Trust Administration? Can some things be done by the trustee to keep the process affordable? 3. Is it customary to charge a percentage of the trust to Administer the Trust or is it done by "menu of services needed"? 3. When there is an existing trust from the parent but the trustee doesn't trust the original attorney, can another attorney administer the trust? Will another attorney be willing to adminster the trust?
