I have a doubt. We get the QIB subscriptions data only after closure of the IPO.. Then when do we buy the IPO on listing day in exchange? If yes, by then the stock is already listed with high price.....

In my experience never got allotment in IPOs where GMP is more than 20% of bid price. Applied for 90% of IPOs from 2 PANs with all possible combinations.

Does buying more lots mean better chance of getting allotted?
