@@AmitKumar-kx3ik when you didn't find a clear evidence to raise non conformity, then you shall use the investigation template while you are answering, this template consists of two parts, the first part you shall write the reason, why you don't have sufficient evidence to raise non conformity, the second part you required to mention for audit trails (questions) for more investigation.
Thank you very much for your feedback, regarding to the document, you can get it through your training provider when you get registered with them, and this is the only question paper that is permitted to the trainees.
