Hello Brian! My name is Walter in Nigeria. Pls guider on how to make a good asylum approval. My life is pretty under danger. Some unknown person's have been sending me harmful messages ehich affects my sense of safety and family life. They have been at my home to shooting guns snd left a written messages with me. They want to compel me against my will...and Rights to life.They call me and my family They told me if i don't join their cult then am sure to relocate from Nigeria or consider myself or wife or children dead. I hv a copy of petition to the Nigeria police and no investigation is made

Hello sir, on my first interview by refugee status determination officer I didn't say I was prosecuted; However, I told him that I was issued a warning latter to sign on and I got unfounded rejection based on my story. It was just I was afraid to tell the truth because I thought the officer would tell my story to my government but I was brutally prosecuted and my family bribed the police for my release whom issued me a warning latter to sign on. Soon I will have hearing what must I do? Regards,

I'm transgender woman 30 years old I did a gender reassignment surgery from Male to female in Thailand...I can't change my legal gender in my country because my country have no rights for transgender people..I can't even get married from my love.. also my country doesn't provide hormone therapy for transgender people, I take birth control every day...can I get asylum in the USA? I know it’s your gig and all, but I don’t think growing the population makes any sense: for the environment; for people already living in the country; for the countries losing their own citizens. Ultimately, how are unstable countries EVER going to change and improve if such ‘valuable’ people keep fleeing and abandoning them?

My uncle was works for usa army base in Afghanistan he was work in kitchen cooking and cleaning and some stuff between years of 2011till 2016 and my family and my uncle family decided to go to Iran for living and after taliban took power Iran start deportation to Afghanistan And I decide to run away from Iran to uk I comes by smagglers . I don’t know what would happen if I was deport to Afghanistan maybe jail maybe beating maybe everything and I was really felling unsafe in Iran bcs of my uncle past job I have all his documents i just I just have and small question to don’t take your time dear.
