Thanks for this only that these days,interviews are just formalities of getting records that a certain position was advertised. Sincerely there is usually a prior decision made on who to hire despite the interviews which culminates to nepotism, who is who they call it “networking”. This is very unfortunate for especially those coming from non who and who backgrounds
