Hello there, I'm Desti from education ONE. It depends on several factors, but based on our previous experiences, if you held a Student Visa that allows you to work limited hours in Australia by the time you applied for your next student visa that got refused, then your Bridging Visa A should have the same condition as your previous visa in Australia. The chance to be able to work limited hours will be less likely if you held a visa that did not let you work, such as a Visitor Visa. I hope it helps! Contact us to get a more personalized advice.

My Visitor visa 600 is rejected stating my profile is not good. Could you help me appeal to AAT? I need professional help.. I can submit whatever additional docs I have to prove my purpose is just visiting and return to India
Good day, I am Desti from education ONE. I am sorry that you have experienced such a refusal. May I know your location when you applied and were refused the visitor visa? Are you in India or Australia already? Thank you
Good day, I'm Desti. I am sorry that you have experienced a Refusal! Firstly, may I confirm your location please? You will only have a right to appeal if you are physically in Australia at the time of your visa refusal. If you are outside Australia, you may consider reapplying after your situations have changed and so that you could address the reasons for your previous refusal. I hope the information helps. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Hello It's Vanisa Apologies for the delay response We are an education agent based in Perth who may assist international students to apply for a merits review. If you are facing an onshore student visa refusal, we may help you to apply for that. Or if you have applied for that, you could wait for the application until you get any updates. I hope it helps. Thank you
