"To install the camera plate use a sledge hammer "😂 I really love this brands sense of humor, their entire website if full of little jokes that honestly is a nice change of pace to other brands that are always so serious. I bought a case from them and will be back for more in the future.
As someone who doesn’t own a smartphone or any piece of modern technology whatsoever and is currently writing this comment on a typewriter, I see this as an absolute win
wish they would offer a service to have it installed for you! I can't be bothered to do this it is beyond tedious. I love their products but after the 1st time I refused buying it again simply because it was a pain to get perfect.
Nothing will ever be perfect so sounds like a you problem. I was the same way but no one is gonna look for the imperfections so don’t stress out about it
the skins are ~0.3-0.5mm thick... If you think that tiny extra bit of distance equal to a grain of sand is enough to decouple the array of strong neodymium magnets that is on your iPhone and your MagSafe accessory then you'd be dead wrong. It makes sense why some cases would need magnets for obvious reasons. So to answer your question: Technically? Yes. Is it gonna matter? Absolutely the hell not. Your question is definitely valid for cases with much more varying levels of thickness but this is a skin we're talking about, don't worry about it so much. There's probably a reason why you couldn't find such info; it's practically negligible.
So if i ordered this in January and I’m still waiting for it to arrive and i have no response at all from your costumer service…what am I suppose to do?
@@AngelDrewThomas nice one, and here you are replying to a post on a RU-vid video on some complete stranger that has been wronged by a company telling him to “get a life”..have you tried your own advice?
@@shaunclarke04 just got the full skin for my iPhone 16, no idea wtf you’re on about. You get the option when buying for either a simple or full skin, simple just gives you the simple skin, full gives you both. Actual skill issue
How do one contact this company? They gave me apparently a false tracking number as DHL says is not valid. They dont answer my customer support questions 3x times now. I want my money back you stole.!!!
I ruined both of mine because it will not stick around the camera lens no matter what I do. I heated the second one up and massage around the raised camera, but failed miserably again.
I’m concerned about their instructional video, which suggests using an oven or a hammer to apply the camera skin. I’m quite surprised by this approach. How is it even possible to put a phone inside an oven to apply a skin? What guarantees that our phone won’t be damaged? And who doesn’t have this kind of hammer-like robot for applying their camera skin? Is this a joke? Also, I purchased a skin, and it cost me about £32 GBP with the shipping charge to the UK. I’m very disappointed with the skins; it’s mentioned as a matte finish when it’s actually very slippery and silky. I’ve dropped my phone five times due to the slippery material. I’ve emailed a few times for the return process, but there’s been no quick response from the customer support team, just automated robot responses.
