I enclosed my brp and had the photo signed and information filled by a GB driving licence holder etc.. problem is it was my father in law who resides at the same address(it states it’s prohibited I know) but the problem is I have only been in the UK 8 months and don’t know anyone who could have filled in that section let alone those proffessikms listed. Should I be worried the provisional license may not be issued?

I have been in UK for more than 1 year , but i visited india 2 times in last 12 months.Last time i visited india 2 weeks before. Based on this information, what information i need to provide the above mentioned field? If i provide yes to the field, the next question is what date is i have come to live in UK.
