How to apply FilmConvert Nitrate in Adobe Premiere Pro 

In Premiere Pro, Nitrate will appear as an effect that can be applied to your clips, either on the timeline or to a master clip.
Add some footage to the timeline in your sequence, go to the effects tab and find FilmConvert Nitrate by typing “Nitrate” into the search bar.
Drag the effect onto your clip.
Under the Effects Controls Panel, you will see FilmConvert Nitrate.
