Hello Burak .I received short term residence permit but still not received kimlik card nor through delivery and neither from Ptt office visits and I have a flight in two days. I have pdf residence permit application form which only allow to travel for 15 days . Hello Burak, if one of the parent buy property in turkiye can he/she enter names of of their children which over 18 years in property documents with parent name ? And also can parent and children apply for property residence permits on sam property ?
If you plan to apply for property residence permit, only father+mother+children below 18 years old can apply for property residence permit from the same flat. If you children are above 18 years old, you need to buy separate flat for them to apply for property residence permit.
Hi Burak, I have some questions about the family residence permit. Does the sponsor have to be earning an income or can they show a bank balance for eg. If the balance showing they have enough to support their spouse? Also if an Australian citizen become a Turkish citizen do they need to apply for birth certificate or perhaps another document?

Hello Burak. A very interesting video. I am applying for a Turkish Family Residents Permit. I am a UK citizen and my wife is Turkish (no children !). To prove sufficient income during term of RP I have six months signed and stamped UK bank statements showing income in £ Sterling that I transfer to our joint Turkish Bank account. Is it acceptable to present a signed UK Bank Statement at the appointment as proof of sufficient income ? Thanks for your help !
Hello I am glad you liked the video. The acceptance of proof of income depends on the officers. Some officera are ok for foreign accounts, while some ask for turkish bank accounts. My advice would be getting 6months account from a turkish bank (signed and stamped by the bank branch) just in case the immigration officer asks for it.

Hopefully, the Officer will accept MY stamped and signed UK Bank Statement as well, as this is our main source of income. Once the Officer at the Pendik office says all documents are OK, is it likely that the FP will be approved, or is a further evaluation carried out (in Ankara ?) ? At the appointment they will check your documents: 1. If anything is missing, they are gonna give you 30 days to complete missing documents. 2. If all is completed, they are gonna take your file and review. Then they will inform you when it is completed.
Hi Burak, I read on some pages that the minimum wage is required for each family member, as I got it right it is 11.402 liras per person, right? So it means the sponsor needs minimum 22.804 income per month. On other pages, I read that to have an income not less than one third of the minimum wage for each family member is enough. It is not clear for me, can you please tell me, how it works?
This income has to be the sponsor’s salary (turkish citizen) or can the foreigner’s bank account statement prove that she has sufficient funds for one year? (11.402 turkish liras per month)
