Since one will have to apply to a school first, I don't see the possibility of not paying application fee. Applying for the scholarship it self might not attract application fee, but trust me there is hardly no school with no application fee especially schools in UK. I have checked the scholarship and they advise that u get an admission letter from one of their Universities before applying for the scholarship program. Well if u can help get any school where one would not pay application fee, I will be exited to apply to that school.

To apply for the commonwealth scholarship you have to be admitted to the commonwealth University but the university are requesting for IELTS as part of their admission process........ So My question now is how should I apply?
