STEPS
1. Determine whether you need a TOURIST or VISIT Visa
2. Go to the embassy website ( www.vfsglobal....) to look for the requirement checklist under the visa type that you choose Collect all the documents and make sure you have a photocopy of each.
3. Book an appointment at VFS Global either in Manila or Cebu. They are the ones outsourced by the German Embassy to collect all applicants’ documents and biometrics.
4. Go to your scheduled appointment, submit your documents, have Biometric and pay for the visa fee.
Visa and Service Fee
Visa Fee - Php 4,500 (EURO 80)
For 6-12 years - Php 2,250 (EURO 40)
VFS processing fee - Php 960
5. Wait for the results and pray that you get your visa!

May I ask if it's okay if my letter of approved leave doesn't cover my whole trip and I just explain to the cover letter that I'll do work remotely for the working days that are within the duration of my planned trip? nomal visa processing is 15 days... but still depend on the embassy, you can get a result earlier than 15 days or can take up to 1 month. .. regarding the visa extention, it will depend on the reason of your extention, make sure you meet the extention requirements: www.schengenvisainfo.com/how-to-extend-schengen-visa/

yes you can... basta make sure meron ka good strong ties.. pwede kasi isipin ng consul na mag hahanap ka work sa germany.. so make sure complete requirements ka at mga requirements from your sponsor is ma kompleto mo din

Hi dear, thanks for sharing this. I have a question lang sis, Is it ok to apply for a tourist visa kahit na meron talaga intention to meet someone there, like in my case I have a special someone there and I intend to visit him when the travel ban is already lifted but I don't want to get him the hassle of writing for an invitation for me so I'm thinking of applying for a tourist visa instead of a visiting visa, anyway gusto ko din naman talaga mag tour. And if solo travel and single ka what are the chances of getting approved/denied? Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you. 😊😘

yes pwede naman.. basta wag mo lang ipapaalam sa embassy that you plan to visit your special someone... you need to convince them though your cover letter and itinerary and purely tourism lang intention mo.. once you got your visa approve hindi na naman nila malalaman na may vivistahin ka...
