Hello Madam , Thank you for sharing the information precisely. I have Electrical Engineer Visa and i am registered with Saudi Council of Engineers.But when i applied online through Absher account it gave me notification "Your application cannot be processed because it does not fulfill Istiqdam e-service business rules". It means my employers commercial registration / Chamber of commerce registration/ Maktab Amal account is expired , correct . Request your guidance 🙏

If your profession on Iqama ha been changed after coming to Saudi Arabia, then you cannot proceed your family visa online. You have to go through isteqdam office , then in sha Allah you will get permanent family visa.

Thank you for the detailed information.I want to clear one point ..the family dependents per month fee 400 Saudi riyal is for per person or all dependents per months is total of 400 riyal ? 2nd point out of 12 months 3 months are exempted/free . You mean you' ve to pay 9 months fee ..400×9=3600 Saudi Riyal please clarify Thank you

What was the error message he got while applying online ? If they ask to submit the documents then you’ve to book an appointment for Isteqdam and submit the documents such as Marriage certificate with Saudi counseling or Birth certificates of your kids(If Any) You don’t have to pay again and for better clarification try again online from ABSHER platform If it doesn’t accept your husband can record the message of rejection and act accordingly Feel free to ask further questions regarding this subject

Maam,one person in my husband's office said he took the original marriage certificate and birth certificate of children to istiqdam to get residence visa. But our original certificates are here in India. Is that information true. How can we know the correct information. We are in a dilemma now.

Copy of Marriage Certificate (for spouse) and full copy Birth Certificate (for children) that shows the mother and father’s names. This much is enough to prove your relationship with the sponsor if it is attested then they'll verify through their system That's why attestation is important not the original certificates

We have the Saudi attested marriage certificate and birth certificates of kids. But it is with me in India. I thought a copy of all these certificates was enough at istiqdam office. But you mean my husband should take all those attested originals while going there, right? Sorry to bother you. I am tensed as we should sent those certificates to Saudi and all it will take a lot of time.

It is mentioned the marraige certificate / degree/ birth certificate amshould be attested from EMBASY and MOFA.. both should be done from home country? Or if we have the originals other than degree must be attested?

All documents you've mentioned should be attested from Saudi Embassy in your home country and copies(back n front) is enough no need for Originals to submit

If it’s written Riyadh in your husband’s Iqama then he must take the Istiqdam appointment of Riyadh from ABSHER and submit the required documents for Family Resident Visa For other things he can go to Dammam Jawazat or Dammam MOFA but as far as I know he must get the Family visa from his Muqeem’s city Riyadh is still fine I’ve seen people going to Jeddah from Dammam to get their Family Visa

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته Yes, you can stay here while your husband can apply for Family Visa through Isteqdam. When you go back to home country and take appointment for Family Visa attestation first they’ll cancel your visit visa then do the family Visa process

It's better to get translated from Saudi Arabia.Mostly they will not accept the translation from other countries.

It was possible before to convert visit visa into Resident permit but in 2021 they removed this option now you must get a Permanent Family visa and comeback from your home country

No need for MOFA just Saudi embassy attestation from Home country and Yes attestation is required for degree even if it is registered in Saudi Council
