Hi, I submitted my BRP card to the DVLA. But I didn't receive it. Therefore, I submitted an online application for replacement the BRP. when I book the appointment I didn't know nearest dates are chargeable. So it was 143 GBP. So I need to know can I cancel this appointment and can get the refund? also I need to know I didn't get any police report because it was lost after sending to the DVLA. Do I need to take any police report? I'm under dependent visa.
