Hey, Chris, thank you so much for making a video response, this was super helpful! Just to give more context, here are a few of the things I meant by "conflicting advice": 1. There a debate whether or not you should bother writing a cover letter 2. Whether you should target few companies and tailor your resume for each posting or have a general resume and mass apply 3. Online applying vs reaching out to recruiters Thanks again for this video! I found a previous video you did showing your resume but I would love another one if you have more stuff to say about writing a good resume
