That is not required at the moment. You can apply from the spouse side too (one application in the name of Husband and other in the name of wife). Thanks.
I don't have a certificate. When i registering for a DV lottery. So what level of education should I choose? high school, no degree or if high school, degree
At the time of application, you do not need to submit any documents. Only if you are selected and need to further process you will require to provide the documents as mentioned in your form. Thanks.
You do not need your Birth Certificate while you apply for the DV program. Only if you are chosen then, they might ask you to verify the birthdate so make sure you enter the correct date. NO documents are required while submitting the form.
To our understanding, this is purely a lottery program. If you meet the basic education requirements, are from an eligible country, and have a proper photo, your chances of being selected are the same as anyone with a Master's or PhD. Only be sure to provide correct information and have all the required documents ready. You will need them "IF" you're selected. Thank you.
No, you should not leave the place of birth blank. If the town you were born in isn't a city, simply enter the name of the town or village where you were born. Thanks.

For now, you only need to submit the application and keep the confirmation number safe. Only after the result is announced you can check the status (not now). All the best!

If you don’t have a high school diploma but possess the necessary work experience, where should you indicate that on the application? The form only asks for your highest level of education and doesn’t provide a section for detailing work experience.
For education, the minimum requirement is "a full-time high school education that is at least equivalent to a U.S. high school education." There is no option to add the experience - this is not required at the moment. You will 'May be' asked to present the documents ONLY if you are selected. Here is the detail info you'd like to look at: xk.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/diversity-visa/case-status/
It is because the DV lottery hasn't started - Please check this video for More info and ALL required links: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RmVoJUdulWg.html
If you're still in university and haven't completed your degree yet, you should select the option that reflects your "current educational status" and not the one that will be completed in a year. Thanks.
Did you submit the form? If you submitted the form and received a confirmation number, but lost it, you will not be able to recover it immediately. However, you can still retrieve the confirmation number once the results are out. If you have not submitted the form, you can reapply. Do not submit the form twice if you have already done so, as this will lead to disqualification. You can check this video to retrieve the confirmation number in the future: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oL_8JTH4xgU.html
In Question No. 5, you need to state the country where you were born. This is important because your country of birth typically determines your eligibility for the DV program. You can check the provided link to see if your country of birth is eligible. For example, if you were born in Country A but are currently living in Country B or have citizenship in Country B, your eligibility is still based on the country where you were born (Country A), and you will need to choose Country A. ------------------- In Question No. 6, if you were born in an eligible country, you can simply answer "Yes" and choose the country of your birth. In the above example, you would select Country A. You should select "No" only if the country you were born in is not eligible for the program, and you are claiming eligibility through another way, such as: Your spouse’s country of birth if they were born in an eligible country, or Your parents' country of birth under specific conditions if neither of them were born in or were residents of your birth country. Please read the "Explanation of Country of Eligibility" link on the form for more details about these exceptions. You do not need a document at the time of submission - make sure you enter the right DOB. Later, if selected, you can present your Passport or National ID etc for it.
